QUALITY POLICY

In order to ensure the highest quality level set by our clients, our workers undergo rigorous training programs and are provided with detailed quality manuals. We have also set quality control KPI’s such as rejection percentage. We not only monitor the KPI’s but also proactively try to improve on each performance indicator. For example, we have set procedures to identify real-time cause of defects and mitigate the issues in order to control overall rejects. These steps not only help us improve our quality standards; it also improves the overall efficiency of the unit.
