Planning, IE and Technical department (Corporate) plays as central body to achieve the top management requirement and business goal by applying 4M method. This team works to build-up a strong relationship with the other departments to achieve maximum output from the export order. Also, involves everything from scheduling each task in the process to execution and delivery of products from development stage to ship out. Our ultimate goal is on-time shipment with good quality and improved efficiency.
